IMPORTANT UPDATE:

In order to align with social distancing best practices, all DalCard locations, including the main DalCard Office on Studley Campus and the Enrolment Services Centres on the Sexton and Agricultural Campuses, are closed to visitors until further notice.

For Residents

While the DalCard office is closed, temporary cards are still available so that you can access your residence. To obtain a temporary card, please go to your front desk and they will issue a temporary card for you.

For Students, Staff and Faculty

While the DalCard office is closed, only temporary cards required for specific reasons, such as building access or access to funds, will be available. These requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Metro Transit is not currently requiring fares, so UPass users do not need replacement UPass stickers to ride the bus.

Please email dalcard@dal.ca with your request and a member of the DalCard team will respond as soon as they are able.

When normal DalCard operations resume, full cards will be available.

Thank you for your understanding.
