The Indigenous Student Centre (ISC) helps create a sense of belonging to support your success while at Dalhousie. Our Indigenous Student Advisor provides support and advocacy for all of Dalhousie’s Indigenous students. We welcome you to make use of our personal, educational, and career resources to enhance your university experience:

Visit our Centre at 1321 Edward Street to enjoy a hot drink, take advantage of academic advising, and meet other Indigenous students. We also host social gatherings, including potlucks, cultural events and information sessions.



The Indigenous Student Centre is proud to offer traditional smudging. The centre has appropriate ventilation and sage bundles available. We welcome students and elders to visit the centre to use our smudging facilities.
